1. You get dynamic work. ( Not the routine work all the time) <div>

2. No need to carry the work home.

3. Pilots respect you.

4. Earning a good amount of money (based on station posted and ratings acquired) and working in shifts.

5. Your English picks up to a good level.

6. You love the work as the traffic increases and it’s challenging for your brain to resolve the traffic by using the recommended procedures and with the limited airspace.

7. You should be medically fit all the time . Of course, the tests are not done on day to day basis. (There goes the reason to hit the gym daily to be fit in the medical tests)

8. You get satisfied after working on the channel.
