Salil Arora is the Founding Partner of AviLeague Partners and has more than 10 years of experience in asset finance and general financing. His practice areas primarily include aircraft leasing, sale, purchase and finance, regulatory compliance, repossessions, indirect tax and white-collar crimes. He has worked extensively on cross-border transactions including but not limited to aircraft deliveries to leading global airlines, aircraft novations, sale and purchase transactions, restructurings and repossessions. He has worked closely with major Indian operators, DGCA, Airport Authorities, GST and other government departments. He has done his B.A. LL.B (H) from Indraprastha University, New Delhi (India) and has also done a diploma in Corporate Law from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi (India).
